BowkerManuscriptSubmissions.com was initiated as a cooperative effort between Bowker and the Publishing community for Publishers looking for new authors and desiring an efficient way to review unsolicited manuscripts. The system allows publishers to search on a number of criteria including subjects, previously published authors, edited manuscripts and keywords. It remembers your last date of entry so you never have to review the same proposal twice!
